AYA NISEKO, Niseko

AYA Niseko, located in Hirafu, offers apartments and penthouses with floor-to-ceiling glazing. These accommodations feature views of Mt Yotei, Grand Hirafu Resort, and the National Park forest. Atelier units have inward-facing windows that look onto a small internal courtyard. Residences offer direct ski-in access and private onsen, accommodating up to 8 or 10 guests (225 to 308sqm). Penthouses (277 to 373 sqm) accommodate up to 10 guests and include a private onsen.

AYA Niseko is located in the heart of Niseko, in Hirafu, the largest village in the area. It's situated at the base of one of Grand Hirafu's ski runs and offers ski-in ski-out access. AYA Niseko is approximately 2-3 hours from New Chitose Airport (CTS) via private transfer, 2.5-3.5 hours via airport shuttle bus, and 2-3 hours via car rental. Sapporo and Otaru are approximately 1-1.5 hours away. Kutchan Station is 15-25 minutes by taxi. The Grand Hirafu Lift Pass provides access to the Hanazono area, and the Niseko United All Mountain Pass gives access to all four resorts.

AYA Niseko provides a manned ski valet desk and secure equipment storage. The Front Desk is open 24 hours. Nomad Wellness Physio, located on the 2nd floor, provides physiotherapy, massage, gym, yoga, breathwork, and sound healing services. iGATE IKEUCHI, located on the Ground Floor, offers outdoor clothing and equipment. AYA Niseko staff can assist with accommodation, in-house amenities, and on and off-snow services. Guests staying in Atelier or Studio rooms can use communal laundry rooms located on floors 2F-6F. Rooms with kitchens or kitchenettes are equipped with kitchen supplies including a rice cooker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and tableware.
